2007 Echo West Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon The fruit is from the Echo Oregon area and this wine carries the terrior in an extraordinary manner. Sensory Notes: Ogle dark fruit, cassis, black cherry on the nose and experience how it follows through on the palate with a hint of eucalyptus. A plethora of spice, jammy fruit, blackberries, black cherry and a bit of warm pepper wake up your palate before segueing into a warm lasting coffee finish.
