- Trademarks
- All brand, product, service, and process names appearing on this Web site are trademarks of their respective holders. Reference to or use of a product, service, or process does not imply recommendation, approval, affiliation, or sponsorship of that product, service, or process by Rizzo Winery. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel, or otherwise any license or right under any patent, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right of Rizzo Winery or any third party, except as expressly granted herein.
- Consumer Agreement
- You must be 21 years of age to order alcoholic beverages. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult's signature at the time of delivery. Rizzo Winery will arrange for shipment on behalf of our customer, to an address specified by our customer, provided that Rizzo Winery in its sole judgment believes that such shipment will not subject Rizzo Winery to risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. If a customer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine by Rizzo Winery violates the law of the state, we suggest that the customer provide an alternative address in another state or have their wine shipped to a third-party storage facility in a direct shipping-friendly state.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Wine is a product that is highly susceptible to negative impact and effects from environmental factors. Therefore Rizzo Winery reserves the right to delay shipping based on extreme weather conditions, either hot or cold, anywhere along the shipping route. It is our goal to always ensure that the product arrives to you as it was meant to be by the winemaker, in the best condition possible. For this reason we also ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to make sure it arrives to you as soon as possible. As well, we have implemented a two tier shipping method. We use Fed-Ex Ground shipping from October 15 to April 1 and move to Fed-Ex Second Day shipping from April 2 to October 14. The shipping charges reflect the pricing accordingly. At this we are offering free shipping and/or delivery in the Portland Metro Area. The shipping will be on your invoice at the time of checkout, but you will be credited back for the shipping amount at the time of shipping.
If you would like to request a specific shipping date, you may do so at this time by contacting Rizzo Winery within 24 hours of placing your order. If ground shipments are incurring a weather delay, you may choose to upgrade to air service by emailing info@rizzowinery.com with your order number and request. Additional shipping charges will apply.
